14th May 2008 - Chicken Stew & HuangShan

Tried stewed chicken tonite but quite dry ley. Not moist like mum..hmm wonder why. Gotta ask her. The veggie name is quite cute. Its called 'chicken feather' in China. It actually taste quite nice after cooking it with boiling water.



Going to Huangshan tomolo nite with Huizhen and her family, so will not blog until i return on Sunday. Will load the huangshan pix up by then. Understand from the travel agent that there are now blossoms at the top of the mountain.

We will fly to Tunxi (Huangshan) tomolo nite and stay one nite at the foot of the mountain. Then we will 'shang shan' on friday and 'xia shan' on Saturday to stay at the foot of the mountain again until Sunday where we will travel by van back to Shanghai.
