Times flies. I have been here for more than one month already. Really have to be creative to keep myself busy. Luckily, I got my recipes to keep me busy some days..
There is a little provision shop inside S&TM station that sells bah kut tay packs. Tried cooking it yesterday nite and it turns out pretty good and the meat was tender. :) Thank God for ready packed spices!! Got Huizhen to bring Singapore's version of bah kut tay packets this coming thur fm Singapore. There will be some more herbs / ready made packets coming on the way from MUM thro Huizhen. :))
This was the bah kut tay dinner last nite with a veggie which we have never seen before.
After talking to mum on the phone just now, I think am going to try stewed chicken tonite. Later, may try to bake choc chip cookies. Got a no. of recipes for this..dunno which to follow.
