Finally, been waiting for this day since I paid for the class couple of weeks ago. Given the name bettyskitchen.com.cn, i thot the instructor will be a lady. But surprisingly, it's a young chap. He looks very skilful and knowledge.
Anyway, we did tiramisu today.
Meanwhile, had a chat with some of the students and exchange contact. We found out that one of the students, Sam is a trader. He also brings in raw oysters from US. We can actually buy fm him!!! Got his namecard. hehehe...;p
Now, this tiramisu is in my frig. Think will let it rest for 4-6hrs before eating. If its good, will do it again since i have most of the ingredients. Gotta find the locally made mascarpone first, which is much cheaper. :))

Glad I sign up with Betty's Kitchen. There are other schools that charges RMB300 and more per class with/without ingredients. But this one only RMB100 with ingredients. Worth it! I still have 3 more sessions with them. Looking forward to it.
