Tried to cook chicken stew for dinner so Walmart dun have fresh ones...So in the end did stir fried beef with capsicium and onions..Too much of corn flour and fried too long..Next time, moderate.

Going to settle my visa extension later today. Sean told me of a place at JingAn Temple area called JingAn XiaoTing where there are alot of shops selling clothings for export. Thot this place was demolished to make way for transport hub..apparently not yet until 20th May 08. Will make a trip tomolo..hehehe...

Wah, really envious of your life there, Agnes. Can do all the baking and cooking... It's been a long time since I've cooked or baked... except for our recent anniversary celebration in April... Should be doing some cupcake baking soon though. Hands itching lah. First one to try will be Nutella Swirl Cupcake. Will keep you posted on that! Keep it up! Love to see all the stuff you've cooked and baked! Btw, I've a really good brownie recipe by Pierre Herme as well. Really moist and chocolaty! Will email you once I get it scanned.
