Went for cooking lessons yesterday from 10 - 12nn and 2 - 4pm. Very reluctant to wake up after all the rain on Friday. ;p Did 6 dishes in total but took only photos of 3 dishes. I am so glad that ready-packed spices exist!! We have more than 20 packets of emperor baked chicken spices/ ginseng chicken spices etc in our kitchen. At last, finally decided to go and try some XLB at some local eatery. Tried baking brownie yesterday with Jamie Oliver's recipe but too dry...Will try another recipe for brownie again.
